  I've been a customer of Curb Appeal for almost two years for hair and makeup and have never had an issue until now. Their receptionist Laura needs to improve her communication skills and professionalism tremendously. I called, informed her I have dark hair and wanted blond balayage done. I also mentioned that I have never had my hair colored in a salon so I asked her for a price range. She stated I would pay IN BETWEEN $95-125. Laura supposedly scheduled me for a free consult. On the day of my appointment, the hair stylist herself was flustered since the receptionist only scheduled me for highlights. So the hair stylist had to rush through the appointment and did not have enough time to get it done. At the end, I had to pay $200! And I was told that I had to pay the same amount for the second session. I complained and Laura scheduled me for another consult. She also had the audacity to tell me that the salon was not for me if I did not agree with the price. It certainly isn't when even the receptionist does not understand the concept of price range and can't simply schedule correctly... Isn't that your job?
  
  Definitely going to Garbo's this time. I should have listened to my friends all along!!!
